We send orders either via standard second class post, recorded or by courier tracked & signed for. We will advise which service we used & supply a tracking number if required. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card may be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel. *A postage surcharge may apply for large/high-value purchases.
PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders sent via express delivery will take 1-2 working days. Please also note that we cannot offer express delivery to the Highlands, Islands and BFPO addresses.
If you're not happy with your purchase, please return the product within 30 days to us at 8 Yards, Unit 26 Hardengreen Industrial Estate, Dalkeith, EH22 3NX. We will happily exchange or refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please return the item(s) in its original packaging & condition with the receipt or order reference.
Exceptions may apply to orders containing additional items to the item(s) or bespoke item(s) being returned. International delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Additional postage charges such as guaranteed next day are non-refundable.
