Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address provided. Please note: Gift vouchers are currently only redeemable online.
Payment for the gift voucher will be charged at the time of purchase (not on the date of issue), and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The value of the gift voucher is entirely your choice. Once purchased, the gift voucher will be allocated to the recipient’s account as e-wallet credit, which can be redeemed during the final stage of checkout.

Confirmation of the gift voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by us.
Gift vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and are not valid until the confirmation email has been received.
Unwanted gift vouchers cannot be returned, and voucher codes cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
If the recipient does not have an online account, they will need to create one using the email address the voucher was delivered to—this can be done during the checkout process. Once set up, the funds will automatically appear in their e-wallet, with the option to redeem the balance against purchases in the basket.
'Send to' this is the space for whoever the gift voucher is for and the date is the date the voucher will be emailed to the recipient
Using Gift Vouchers:
If the total value of items purchased is less than the gift voucher amount, the remaining balance will stay in the e-wallet for future use.
If the total purchase exceeds the gift voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid by card to complete the order.
Returns & Exchanges:
Items purchased with a gift voucher can be returned or exchanged, but not refunded. This does not apply to bespoke items
Any additional payment made beyond the gift voucher amount will be refunded where applicable.
A new gift voucher code will be issued for the value of any returned items originally purchased using the voucher.
